RETURNS
Please contact us and we will provide a Return Authorization number. Items must be returned within 30 days from shipment, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging. Please ensure that the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the shipping label or exterior packaging. Unless an error by Outdoor Vision, shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your package.
