Outdoor Vision takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our continuous improvement and attention to detail ensure our sewn products achieve superior durability for years of field abuse. Additionally, our own U.S. manufacturing facility allows complete Quality Assurance oversight. Should one of our products fail under typical circumstances, we will replace it.

This warranty does not cover contents or items being carried in our systems, nor does it cover products that have been mistreated or used for purposes other than those intended.

Returns & Exchanges

For Returns, please contact us and we will provide a Return Authorization number. Items must be returned withing 30 days from shipment, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging. Please ensure that the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the shipping label or exterior packaging. Unless an error by Outdoor Vision, shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your package.
